The Honorable Kyndra J. Stockdale was appointed as associate circuit judge of Division 32 in Independence by Missouri Governor Michael Parson on February 1, 2019.
At the time of her appointment, Judge Stockdale was a senior attorney with the law firm of Foland, Wickens, Roper, Hofer & Crawford. She practiced in the areas of civil litigation, commercial and business litigation, and insurance coverage. Prior to that, she was with the firm of Horn, Aylward & Bandy and her practice included civil litigation and medical malpractice.
Judge Stockdale served as an assistant prosecutor with the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office from 2005 until 2012.
Judge Stockdale attended the University of Kansas and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2000, and a Juris Doctorate degree in 2003.
