Judge Kevin D. Harrell serves as the Presiding Judge of the 16th Judicial Circuit of Missouri. He was appointed to the bench in 2012 and presides over Division 18, handling civil, domestic, and criminal matters. As Presiding Judge, he is responsible for the administrative oversight of one of the largest trial courts in the State of Missouri.
