Gov. Kehoe names Michelle Cocayne to Division 6

Governor Mike Kehoe has appointed Michelle L. Cocayne as a Circuit Judge for Division 6 of the 16th Judicial Circuit of Missouri. The appointment was made under the Missouri Nonpartisan Court Plan, which selects judges on the basis of merit.
