Judge Jerri J. Zhang serves as a Circuit Judge in Division 3 of the 16th Judicial Circuit of Missouri. Circuit judges have jurisdiction over all civil and criminal cases and matters, including cases tried by juries. They are appointed by the Governor under the Missouri Nonpartisan Court Plan to six-year terms.
